How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Fit2Run ships to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.
How do I know which shoe size to order?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for running footwear to allow for foot expansion.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
