At Fit2Run, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return window for all unworn gear in its original packaging. If your new equipment doesn't help you reach your goals, we'll make the exchange or refund process seamless and quick.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original product box and secure them inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
